Request for Information - Romanian Crusade Against Communism Medal

I am researching the Romanian medal and wonder if it's possible that the soldiers of the 1st LSSAH Division (Leibstandarte AH) would have ever been eligible for it. I have yet to find any photos of LAH soldiers wearing it, however, I know they had fought around the same area as the Romanian 3rd Army. 

 

I am looking for period photos of SS / LAH wearing the ribbon or medal of the Romanian Crusade Against Communism medal. If you have any in your possession I would be infinitely grateful if you would share them. Thank you.
