My Grandad was an ARP, my mum said they had a small metal ARP sign screwed to the door but I've only ever seen one.

Here is quite a rare helmet.

DC stands for decontamination,I've only ever seen a few of these for sale,although there are other helmets that are like gold dust!

I saw one of those DC helmets in the panzer museum yesterday, it was on the wall about 3 metres high in the Canadian helmet section.

I wondered what DC stood for.

Decontamination Control ,very nice helmet I dont have that one ,beware of the fake helmets found on internet auction sites ,its very easy to turn a plain Jane black helmet into a nice RP/G helmet .Rob.
