Djibouti : "Médaille Commémorative de la Défense du Territoire" / "Homeland Defense Commemorative Medal"

Dear Gentlemen,

 

There are two "Médaille Commémorative de la Défense du Territoire / Homeland Defense Commemorative Medal".

 

A first of which there is no official text:

 

- "Médaille Commémorative de la Défense du Territoire agrafe OPS 91-92 Nord / Commemorative Medal for the Defense of the Territory clasp OPS 91-92 North":

 

- another but obverse / reverse reversed :

 

 

 

The second, official, there are two decrees, the first one July 2, 1994 (Decree n°94-0078/PR/DEF creating a commemorative medal for the defense of the territory) here .

 

Art. 6. The medal will be in bronze, round, with a module of 36 millimeters representing the coat of arms of the Republic with the inscription: "Défense du territoire Djibouti" on the obverse. On the reverse two flags of the Republic with crossed poles. The ribbon, 36 millimeters wide, will be cut lengthwise into three strips of 12 millimeters each, blue, white and green, separated by a red border.

 

The second one 2011 05 23 Decree n°2011-078 PR MDN creating the Medal for the Defense of the Territory. here 

 

Article 7: The insignia of the Medal for the Defense of the Territory is a golden medallion bearing in its center the National emblem of the Republic of Djibouti.
The obverse of this medal has the epigraph "DEFENSE DU TERRITOIRE" at the top and "DJIBOUTI" at the bottom. On the reverse, two flags tied in color.
This insignia is worn on the left side of the chest, tied by a ribbon 37 millimeters wide. This ribbon is tricolor: blue, white and green, 9 millimeters wide and bordered by two red stripes in the center. On this ribbon is mentioned the mention DT (Territorial Defense).
