Megan Posted June 4 Posted June 4 Interesting. In one of your links there's reference to a senior PLAN officer being awarded a Djibouti medal. The picture merely shows a ribbon being hung round his neck and the text vague... but I think it's the commander (highest) class of the National Order of June 27 - the date refers, I believe, to the Djibouti Independence Day. No One, you've written about this Order elsewhere on GMIC and provided images of the Officer & Member classes -
