Presentation of the badge of the 603rd store company (2nd type), approved G 1181, 28th approval of 1955:

* Note that this badge is cataloged "Saharan" (because of the camel and the Saharan landscape?) even though it was garrisoned in Donaueschingen and Teningen (Germany), unit within the French Forces in Germany (FFA) and was never stationed in the Sahara. The 603rd CARM and 603rd CASM take the same form and the same symbolism.
