Presentation of the South Vietnamese Navy (Hải Quân Việt Nam Cộng Hòa) ship  "Xà lan chở dầu HQ-471 Hoả vận hạm - YOG / Yard Oil Gasoline Barge . Fireboat":

Note: "1. The oft-cited "name" for this vessel, Hỏa Vận Hạm, is actually Vietnamese for "oil transport vessel."" I think there is a mistake here, "chở dầu = oil tanker" and " Hoả = fire".

So "Xà lan chở dầu" is "Yard Oil Gasoline Barge / oil transport vessel" and "Hỏa Vận Hạm" is "Fireboat".
