Trying to Identify this WWI era, probably Belgian, medal.

I'm trying to help someone identify this medal.  All I know is that it was in a shadow box with other British WWI medals.  I assume its Belgian, because it has the crown similar to their other medals, and the Belgian colors on the edges of the ribbon.  I've had no luck finding anything out on this medal, any help would be appreciated!  Thank you
