Dear Gentlemen,

 

The purpose of the ACM is  for the military to participate in the achievement of the civilian objectives of the peace plan in all areas, cultural, economic, social and security (maintenance of order and civil security). Its role is particularly important in the initial phase when civilian actors are not yet able to carry out their duties normally. Then, the armed forces gradually passed the baton to civilian organizations as the crisis emerged.
