West Wall Medal (Schutzwall-Ehrenzeichen)

Hi Everyone, I first bought this medal as a part of a group of items purchased from a dreaded Auction site in the UK
It came with it's packet of issue, I'm not sure if this is good or bad, I await suggestions from other forum members to let me know, any information is greatly received in advance.
I have recently bought a black light and I shone it on the ribbon, you can see the results.
