Socialist Ethiopia: 25 years of the founding of the TPLF?

I picked this up the last time I was in Addis. Can’t read Amharic but I do recognize the “25” (obverse) and the “TPLF” (reverse). Just wondering if it’s like a 25 anniversary jubilee medal or some such.

It's not Amharic. It's Tigrinya. Obverse top reads "ተወዲቡ ብፅንአት ዝተቐለሰ ይዕወት" which according to google translates to "Whoever is organized and fights hard wins". The bottom reads, "Tigray People's Liberation Front".
