No one Posted September 28 Posted September 28 Dear Gentlemen, The Regiment of Senegalese Tirailleurs of Chad (Régiment de Tirailleurs Sénégalais du Tchad / RTST) is a French regiment created in November 1910 from the Indigenous Battalion of Chari (Bataillon Indigène du Chari / BIC). Responsible for the defence of the territory of Chad, the entire regiment rallied to Free France in 1940 and fought with Colonel Leclerc's column. The RTST remained stationed in Chad and in 1958 became the 70th Marine Infantry Regiment (70e Régiment d'Infanterie de Marine / 70th RIMa), which was finally disbanded in 1997. - Régiment de Tirailleurs Sénégalais du Tchad Drago Paris (silver) homologué H 313 in 1947 Drago Paris: - 70e Régiment d'Infanterie de Marine type I "TCHAD" homologué H 313 Drago Paris: - 70e Régiment d'Infanterie de Marine type II homologué G 2860 in 1980 Drago Paris: Yours sincerely, No one 1
