Help needed with Flak Badge Identification

I try to avoid badges where I can cause Im unlikely to live long enough to learn what I need to know but this Flakkampfabzeichen turned up in a collection and I am keen to learn what I can. I have read various threads which havent added any certainty so I am left with concerns regarding the standard of finish on the reverse, the pin retainer, no rivets on the base of the gun and a big old left claw to name a few. (If I missed something glaringly obvious do share cause I probably need to be told!)
PS - I wasted an hour trying to rotate these pictures and had to give up - sorry its annoying. If theres a trick do share - I might learn two things today )
