rustyknight Posted Thursday at 21:27 Posted Thursday at 21:27 I received a request for help in identifying this medal. I couldn't find it in the two books I have on Chinese medals. It has a center that is very close to the Red Cross Medal for Saving Soldiers, which is a square medallion on a ribbon. It looks as if it would have been issued by the Republic of China, but I cannot find any information on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
No one Posted Thursday at 22:29 Posted Thursday at 22:29 (edited) Dear rustyknight, It's a fantasy item, not a real official medal, that's why you can't find any information. Yours sincerely, No one Edited Thursday at 23:29 by No one
柠檬味糖果 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago As a Chinese speaker and a Chinese medal collector, I am sorry to tell you that this medal is a fake one. The enamel part seems to be made of lacquer. In China, we call this kind of counterfeit "老乡造" (Lao Xiang Zao), which means townsmen made this item.
