Order of Sacred Treasure 8th Class

I got this one recently, one of my first Japanese awards! There are no hallmarks anywhere. Is it possible to date these awards? Thanks for any help!

I like the patina on your Sacred Treasure. Nice decoration.

 

I have read theories that Sacred Treasures can be dated by the geometry of the central mirror, but to my knowledge that only applies to the 6th Class and higher. I myself have never really explored those theories, so I cannot say if they are correct or not.
