I want to know some question about Albanian State Prize. 1、When this Prize set up; 2、What kind of person could be rewarded; 3、What is the certificate looks like.

If have the full text of law of this Prize it could be thankful.

An Albanian State Prize Medal; Bronze Grade - Bronze gilt on silver, obverse illustrating the Albania People's Republic coat-of-arms, reverse inscribed "FITONJESI I CMIMIT TE REPUBLIKES I SHKALLES III-TE", 26 mm, suspended from a bronze gilt rectangular frame with red ribbon, screwback, contact marks and gilt wear evident, better than very fine."

Finding research regarding the decrees of Albanian awards are basically bordering impossible. I imagine that any documents that did exist of award decree dates, information, etc were destroyed after the fall of the Socialist era of Albania, as they were no longer of use.
