Messed about or cosmetic repairs?

Hallo Gentlemen

I spotted this bar on German Ebay

Can't decide has it been recently fabricated (80s, 90s, 00s) or was it made to look like this say Post WW2 judging by the War Service Cross Medal ribbon used on the first place of the bar the other medals and ribbons look original to it.

Would it be worth attempting to restore if bought??

Well THAT IS a strange one...

The 2 ribbon bars tell a different story...

One says he had the War merit Cross...which goes with the HK

BUT with the Volspflege medal..the War merit medal would be believable..

Well its only a matter of repacing the WMM with the correct one...

A simple fix....to a nice wee bar..if the price is right...carefull here...do you really want it? thats what you must ask yourself before bidding silly money on it...
