    Based on the small portion of the heraldic shield that you can see on the chest of the double-headed eagle, I'd say it from the Kingdom of Serbia/Yugoslavia. The obverse looks like King Peter II, but he wasn't king until WW2 era. The medal has 1915 on the back, so perhaps that's Crown Prince Alexander who was regent from 1916 until 1921. Other than that, I have no idea what it is. Sorry.

    I just found it on the Royal House of Yugoslavia's web site. It is the Commemorative Medal for the Albanian Campaign, or Albanian Retreat medal. It was instituted on 5 April 1920 by the Prince-Regent Aleksandar (Alexander), future King Aleksandar I.
