      Those are Revenue Stamps of Banovina Hrvatska from 1940 but with black overprint (law of 5.7.1941) of Independent State of Croatia. Koliki iz Czech term. Croatian term is "Taksena marka".

      Dear Stogieman, first one is ribbon bar for War Commemoration Sign instituted in 1943. The right to wear CS was given to all those who did the military service in Croatian army in the country or abroad for at least one year. This one is with national emblem so this one is for those who fought in the face of the enemy, or spent at least 6 month on front, or commanding fighting units.
