Where to find Customized Ribbons for Lao Medals

By some act of grace I have acquired these medals and I am strongly positive of their authenticity. However, I need to find ribbons that go with them. I looked all over french websites and ebay sellers, but these ribbons are extremely unique. Maybe I need to learn sewing skills, but if anyone has a clue where these ribbons could be found, it would be greatly appreciated.
