    Nice pictures! Just to clarify, the headgear worn here was not the same as the boer war headgear there was no yellow strip worn in the Puggaree, no tam o shanter worn and the NCO's and other ranks wore a leather hat band not khaki Puggaree - the officers wore a khaki Puggaree. The cock feathers are the same but the badges will be different with a wreath round the bottom and sides!
