According to Wilhelm P.B.R. Saris (Aiguillettes of the Third Reich, Headgear of Hitler's Germany ) the maker was: Nichols & Raimond K.G ..... ???????????

I have not found any reference of this manufacturer ....

Some collectors talk about similarities with "Rudolf Fischer Nixdorf " :
