Crown: Pierced Gold Swedish
Normally it would not bve possible to more than GUESS what this device on this ribbon was supposed to represent. One color ribbons are almost always impossible to identify when tucked dowwn among non-German awards.
Plain green could have been an Order from Italy, Hungary, Sweden, Portugal, Persia....
But this is on a set of ribbon bars which belonged to Vizeadmiral zS Joachim Lietzmann (1894-1959) and was used here by him to represent a commander neck grade "Kleindekoration" of the Swedish Order of Vasa.
Without being able to identify the original wearer, it would not have been possible to correctly interpret this ribbon and device.
