Crown: Austrian Real Silver
This is another "specific" crown. Note the shape: it is the Hapsburg crown used on awards of the Austro-Hungarian empire. It may be found on either a peacetime decoration's ribbon-- usually solid red-- or on the Austro-Hungarian generic wartime valor and war merit ribbon as here.
This example is real silver. Given the limitations on awards for which a German was eligible, it probably represents a Silver Merit Cross with Crown on the War Ribbon. That would have been earned by a senior NCO in a technical or rear area staff position.
On a ribbon bar of awards to an Austrian, it could also represent a Signum Laudis Medal in silver for officers.
