    This Oberstlaeutnant has been tentatively identified as Waqlter-Henri Garbsch from his awards.

    Note that his East Medal ribbon, newly created in the summer of 1942, has been positioned in his buttonhole rather than remounting his ribbon bar. And what a ribbon bar it is!--
