Thank you Rick.
Do you happen to know how a KPD star insigna looks?

Is this cap insigna, size 31mm from starpoint to starpoint, Russian or German KPD? What date could it be? Any info is welcome.
Note that the base metal has a bronze finish.

Most likely it is the middle of the seventieth years. In Soviet Union since 1917 prior to the beginning of the seventieth years there was a uncooperative altitude to jeweller ornaments. This ring is very similar to the ring is madein in prison. Prisoners liked to do subjects with the Soviet symbolics. So they showed the loyalty to the Soviet mode
Sergey, thank you very much.

Unfortunately it could be from any country or era. If it helps the hammer and sickle did not become the official symbol of the Red Army until 1922. But it was also used by Communists elsewhere, both officialy and unofficialy. Any other markings?
Hello Belaruski, thanks for your reply.
The ring has no marks.

The ring shows the perron; it's is a monument representing the independence of the people of Li?ge "LG" wich means " Libertas Gentis", "Freedom for the People". Because of it's shape I think it's an older, ring perhaps between the wars 1 and 2 ? Is it edited for a special military event like the end of WW1? What medal could be depicted?
I'm interested in your opinion.

Thank you Rick. The engraving technique reminds me of the engraving of banknotes.
There is no mark, but I presume it is silver.
If you compare the pictures here below, you see all the medals are there!! Possibly the photo served as example for the engraving? Perhaps a specialist can judge what date , when Von Hindenburg got these decorations. I think that my badge not necessarely is from 1914, could be later.

This brooch is dated 1914. I presume that this brooch could be made as a result of the battle of Tannenberg?
Any info is welcome.
