yes, I'm sure
"The M1916 design had side-mounted horn-like ventilator lugs which were intended to be support for an additional steel brow plate or Stirnpanzer, which only ever saw limited use by snipers and trench raiding parties, as it was too heavy for general use."

Hi,
I have a document to a soldier who only served a year, he had about as many battle bars.... he applied and recieved bars for just about every sector he took a train through!!
There's a way to find out, is to know when the battle happened and compare dates .

I see that the last Ribbon was "implanted" in the group, she does not look combines with the the bar. Not a Erinnerungskreuz des Marinekorps Flandern but one Kyffhauserbund Ribbon.

My thought on this Ribbon Bar, but it seems that one sewed Ribbon (Erinnerungskreuz des Marinekorps Flandern) on the Cross of Honor, to raise its value? This clips are real .. I do not think. Impossible is a unique soldier in many battles!

I'd be real carefull using those plastic boxes. Unless they're archival there can be " off gasses" that over time can tarnish & discolor
It's possible, but I left the lid with a slight spacing so that such gasses can escape ?

I did some transparent boxes (acrylic) to display the pieces in my cabinet.
I think it was classy.0 -
I find it interesting to have a blacklist (suspected bad sellers and dealers that sell fakes on ebay).
Here I have jotted down some "names" ..Lambert
