Question: I'm a bit confused. Are the silver lion devices awarded to replace 5 bronze ones (and gold to replace 5 silver ones) (like the palms are) OR is the difference in the lions gold, silver and bronze just to indicate the different level af the mention in the order of the day for the division, brigade, rgt.? Hello everybody, I know next to nothing about this medal but it seems that I might get hold of one. I was wondering if this is a rare medal or rather common? It's my understanding that it comes in different classes right? What are approximate values for the different classes? Are there any fakes around? Hello, I know next to nothing about EK's but am looking to expand my WWI-medal collection with an EK II Is there a list on different MM's somewhere to be found on the internet? What other things are there to pay attention to to see the difference between fake and original? What would be the most common EKII (and thus the lowest price range and least risk of fakes) to add to my collection? What price range are we talking about? Thanks for all the help guys!
