I bring this one up for the experts. I never knew there was a oversized 1914 ek2. This is being sold by thor 1918 on ebay.de.

I did send the winner(?111) a message thru ebay that it was a fake. One thing that did strike me odd was that he was a private bidder,

Got out bid on this a little while ago on ebay.de.For me it looked real nice,and really would have liked to have won the auction.

Again I ask the experts should I have gone a few euros more?Over 110 was too much for me.I really dont know what the better ribbon bars sell for.

MVK1 Klass with Swords on ebay.de right now.TO me the unexperianced buyer.The enamel looks good.Sadly I dont have the money.But if I did I most likely would have bid on it.

I just read a interesting article.(at least to me)From what I read he got the BMVK 3 class with swords on may 9,1918.My question is;he also got the medal of miltary services 3 class

on 25.8.1918.,.Was there a reason he did not have a ribbon bar.He wore his 1st class with pride.

Thanks for your opinion also!Its a shame that they ruin so many 3rd class medals to make the fakes.

If they keep it up, one day a 3rd class might be worth more then a 2nd class.I have yet to see a REAL 1st class

on ebay.de.

I hope I did not make a big mistake.I normally stay on my ek2s.Often these pop up,But always go for more then I want or can spend at the time.

I got this on ebay tonight and I think it went to cheap.113 euros,with a band.Now dont get me wrong,I think this is a period piece,not a 1920s piece.

I try to do my homework and I hope I am right.So it is too late to say dont buy it.

Heres the front and back of my cross,one thing that I find interesting is.

When you look at the medal ring on the reverse,its a tad bit off center to the left.

The same as Kens cross.

Here is a pic of the mm on my cross.Its only a partial mark.But a K mark.

When I saw Kens I recognized it right away cause this bothered one me for a while also.
