I bought this on a Norwegian auction (qxl.no) for some weeks ago, it came from Denmark, paid NOK kr. 75.- (£ 6.23 ), I think it looks good.

This is an C.S.civil war Texas State sword belt buckle and belt. ca. 1861-1865.
Must be worth some money.

Do not know, I also have a private army service corps uniform dated 1914 with general service buttons.
It was probably just the officers who had regimental buttons.

Ok, but why put on general service buttons, they must have loosened the lining, because they have not fastened the buttons through the fabric.

Have this jacket in my collection, it lacks epaulettes, I have a captain and general, what is correct.
