Were 3-ray rosettes used at the same period with 4-ray rosettes for 7th Class Golden Kites?

Inner part of the box is made more accurate too.

Manufacturer is the same definitely with his “feature” - black piece of paper on the bottom of box.
But material is different (not usual cloth base) And I’ve never seen а piano hinge on the case for type II (only a piece of cloth).

Here is it. There is a piano hinge which is so standard for order's box.

Not lacquered one, leather or some substitution. I will post pictures later.
Central and right ones have different stamps, but their boxes are quite similar.

Left one has more qualitative made box than others.

Most likely you are right. But what if that case is really dark brown. And the colour of the enamels on that order seems quite similar for mine. And what about the colour of ribbon? That order has well-known Mint mark. May be we could define the place of production of such orders.

I think, it will be interesting if we could find quality photos of marrauder's 7th class Rising Sun from this reference:

7th Class Golden Kite - But not quite right!

Can't imagine that manufacturers forgot that Golden Kite doesn't have 8th Class.
It will be interesting to determine the period of using 3-ray rosettes for 7th Class Golden Kites (6-ray rosettes for 5th and so on) more accurately.
