That should be bavarian ribbons.
Left for the Veteranscross 1866, the right for the Luitpold medal (1905 - 1911).
The ribbons look brand new., can you show us the backside?0 -
I've read in a WW1 forum, that the Leiber-Officersring has a Lionshead.
Offiziere einen Löwenkopf, Mannschaften die bayerische Raute und die Königskrone0 -

Ortsgruppe München.
I don't know anything about Leiberring for Officers.
In my list, I have found Ring Nr. 1086 for him.

Hello,
long time ago since starting these post.
I*ve got some bavarian orders and a nice picture of Aviso Grille.
The grandfather of the former owner got the golden bavarian bravery medal,
The father was sailor at the Aviso Grille for two years.
I coud get the decorations for a high price, so he gave me the picture for present.
It is paintet with oil-colour an a pasteboard. I think these pictures were paintet in larger edition for sale.
It is a nice picture wit a original ribbon, but it is cut on the backside :-(
The size is 80 x 60 cm.0 -
Hello,
I thoght, that the backward mounting was a dislike for Kaiser Wilhelm after the war.

The medal with prince Alfons was for his 25years jubilee as protector of the bavarian shooting-association.

The bavarian first class crown /swords is a known fake.
The Sicherheitsdienstauszeichnung looks even bad.

Very nice photo of a long service NCO.
The second MVK is the second class (1905 - 1913) what was awarded before WW1.0 -
Very nice,
The paper with the whole story were given since 1918.
To get this paper with a picture is very rare.
I am a little bit envious.0 -

Hello,
was this flag for two units?
I read B 23. Inf Leib Regt,
The 23th Infanterieregiment with the hometown Landau and the ILR with hometown Munich.
The first bataillon of the 8. Reserve Infanterie Regiment was in Kaiserslautern.
I think it was a postwar veterans association foundet in Kaiserslautern for members of the ILR and the 23. IR.0 -
Hello,
my newest entry.
A very nice NCO bar.
He got the MVK before 1905, so he must have a special position like a gunnery NCO, purser, military-musician or something.
In the great war he was a noncombattant ( see König-Ludwig-Kreuz and FEK without swords).
He got the cross for 24 year long service, the bar was made after 1934.
