I have been researching what this medal is for years. But I still don't understand. At first glance it looks like a Chinese medal. There is an inscription indicating Chinese silver. The designed kanji is on the back. The characters seem to mean "Medal of Merit".
But it also looks like a Vietnam medal to me. If anyone knows what this is, please let me know.

I regard it as genuine. There are several items of the same type in the collections of the military museum in the Mongolian Ministry of Defense. It is provided for replacement at the time of loss at the latter half of what is called type 2.
