Gentlemen, Can you please advise if those two belt buckles (?) related to the Crimean War belonged to the winners of Victoria Cross and Florence Nightingale medal accordingly. These military items were found along with other relics on the previously unknown goldfield inside Melbourne. A "groceries and wine" token of 1858 indicates that all the relics were most likely lost in the end of 50th or beginning of 60th, 19th century. Regards, fellaozzie [attachmentid=50422]
