    1. Books and shipping are expensive. If you by the book from a dealer in Europe you will pay for shipping anyway. This book is the best on the subject (I've seen it) ad will save you, time effort and money.

Well, I have Iron Time limited edition, and indeed - price of the book itself is not a problem, particularly when it comes to the quality of the book. However, in my view, the publisher should find a book dealer in Europe long time ago, so the shipping is not that expensive (33% of the shipped item).

    2. Hi Jaba,

Thank you for your kind reply. I am looking for such reference because I have several pictures presenting German pilots from the Great War period that I would like to identify.

I have found that there are at least two worth-mentioning references i.e. "German Aces of World War I: The Pictorial Record" describing about 300 fliegers as well as "The Imperial German Eagles in World War I: Their Postcards and Pictures" (in three volumes). I will buy one or both positions and come back to you with my thoughts.

      Kind regards,

      Marcin

    3. This one is the shoulder board of an Oberleutnant as a "Flügeladjutant des Königs von Württemberg"

( "aide-de-camp of the king of Württemberg")

It shows the personally "W" for Wilhelm II von Württemberg and the "R" for Rex

Thank you Andy. Would you be so kind and provide me with any additional information on "Flügeladjutant des Königs von Württemberg"? Is it a common shoulder board?

      Thanks,

      Marcin
