Thank you very much! Yes im proud that this piece and a photo from my uncle are in my Hands. Those are the only things from him that survived the war.
Yes you are right. Many of those self called "experts" told me that the badge is fake. Even weitze told me that the badge is fake - i just asked them because everyone told me its fake.
But i know its was real. But never has the proof in my Hands.
So i looked a long time for the "Flak Badges Book" and finaly got the pages who shown this badge.
No worrys i never will sold it - buts its nice to show it those who called it a fake on.
Sorry for the long Text
Greetings
Stefan

Maybe the original owner would say that he were in combat an put those swords on the ribbons?
I have a period photo of an officer who is wearing swords on the ribbon of his single mounted iron cross.

Rohleder,
I too like the Saxon style ribbon; they seem to be the hardest to find.
I especially like your mother's mini set … very envious.
Gar
Thank you very much Gar. Yes it seems they are realy hard to find. Its the first saxon style i found in over 17years.
Yes the mothers bar is realy special.

I sold to buy another piece, regret because I did not find another one like, so I will no longer sell my medals.

On in a trench
My favorite one - i love the Grabendolch
The man on the Picture is Schütze J. Römermann. He were awartet the EK2 and the black wound badge. He also has the MG Badge.
I nearly has everything from him - just the "Kriegsehrenkreuz der Kriegsfreiwilligen 1914-1918" is missing.
