    1. Hello ,

This item ( I can NOT say it an "order" ! , it will be shame if i will ...) is ALL TOTAL FAKE .

      Best wishes ,

Below , probably a European Made 2nd Class order ... Original Ribbon but in a later - Not Original Case/box.

Please be note that there is NO "Wreath and Star" or "only wreath" on the reverse of the order... Also you can see that the gold center ( where the Toughra Located ) is cambered ... Not flat as in the Ottoman made ones ....

    3. Hello Gordon ,

It is a second class Sevkat order . 3rd class ones do not have any stones on them , you can see the Original box on the pictures but NOT correct ribbon . That incorrect ribbon is coming from a Big Imtiyaz Medal , nothing related with a Sevkat ...

      Best wishes ,

    4. Hello Chris ,

No exact info regarding the quantity .

But over all they are quite rare . ( even to Turkish receipents and also to German Officers , if you compare with the other foreigners and Germans , you can find the posibility to find them to the Germans then others  ... )

      Thanks ,

      Avsar

    5. Hello karakas ,

There are better knowledge guys then me about Russian orders here arround but in my opinion , the order , Luxory Type of St.Stan you pictured is original , i am not sure about the sabers ... Can you post a picture of the stamp on the loop , from the last picture seems to be something on the reverse loop ...

D.O. even Carl Faberge made such kind of private made St.Stans ...

    6. Hello Gordon ,

That piece which you pictured is once up on a time ( better to say "was" ) a 5 th class original Ottoman Mint made Medjidie .

but one of the most tired example i saw in my life ... Many things happened to it , it is nothing related with coro ... It is not German later made , it is Ottoman made one .... Then first it lost his crescent and star , his enamels are nearly all broken and then re-painted again ( not re-enamelled ) ... Meanwhile some body or the owner decide to add a pin to the back to hang it or use it as a brooch maybe ... They also cut the loop where the crescent and star connecting from it's silver body ...

      and so on ...

      best Wishes ,

    7. Dear Friends ,

May i kindly ask you to examine the below St.Anna 2nd Class Made by " Morazov - IM " , i took the pictures from the wellknown beautiful website ..

My question is , musnt be this order's arms " FLAT " as the classic black enamelled private made St. Annas ? But you can easily understand from the pictures here , they are not flat ...

Thanks in advance for the opinions ,

      Avsar

    8. Dear Sirs ,

      Those 2 orders Mr.Utopis posted , i do not know if they are from his collection or he wanted to buy them that is why he asked our opinions but what i have to say is ;

It is NOT good for collectors and never gives a positive wish to collect ,  if we blame on all items ! UNLESS IT IS GUARANTEED FAKE !

As i mentioned the one with diamonds , it must be investigate better ... But all the Osmanie or Medjidie orders are NOT same , all the Makers ; Ottoman / French / British even Italians ( Italians Also made Medjidie Orders ... ) had different styles ...

But i also still insist that the Osmanie Order with Sabers is an Original Sabered piece , btw , all the Swords added later , the matter is if they added in the period or today ...

In that example which Utopis posted , The holes are NOT very big as the fake ones , swords looks OK , patina is Ok , dimensions are Ok and proportions of the swords are Ok  !!!  This is a GOOD PIECE . The holes maybe just a little big , but it is NOT a problem , we have to examine everything and make a complete calculation to decide the authenticity ...

      Regards ,

      Avsar

    9. Hello ,

1 - The one with the diamonds can be a foreign made piece , but I also DO NOT like the gold ( or golden ) border .. The front Center and the back looks good .

Very hard to say without taking and examine it in hands ..

Diamond Osmanie Orders are NOT related with Mr.Demir 's above pictures ...  Diamond Osmanie's enamels , crescent , back and front MUST BE different from the regular Osmanie Orders ... You can NOT compare a Diamond Osmanie with a Regular Osmanie Order , in brief , diamond Osmanie's are not just the versions of a normal Osmanie Order with diamonds between the arms ...

Below i am attaching a PERFECT ( Probably French Made ) ORIGINAL Example of a Diamond Grand Cross Osmanie Order .

2 - The Osmanie Breast Star Utopis posted , with the SABERS / SWORDS , is an ORIGINAL Piece .

      Regards ,

    10. Hello ,

This order in the first pictures , i mean the one which was mentioned as " FIRST CLASS " is NOT a first class Sevkat Order's Breast Star , it is a 2nd Class Shevkat Order , for some reason , converted to seem like a Grand Cross Shevkat Breast Star .

1 - 1st Class ( Grand Cross ) Shevkat's Breast Star NEVER CAN BE in the size of 57 mm .

2 - In the Grand Cross Breast Star of Shevkat , The diamond inlaid rays between the star is made of SILVER . ( Except of the Special Type which is made only with Gold and diamonds , without the leaf and rubies ...)

3 - If you look carefully , you can see that the pin and it's holder on the back soldered latterly ..

4 - On this order , The pin's holder on the left back , i mean where the pin closing is a FICTION , it is something you can see in the new made brooches ... Ottoman Empire NEVER used such a kind of closing system on it's orders ...

      Best Wishes ,

      Avsar IBAR
