      Verification of awarding documents..

      Hi! I bought a set of documents awarding medals. The first three relate to a reportedly serial transport corps soldier from the Russo Japanese 1904-05 war period. They comprise the 1904-05 War Medal, the Order of the Rising Sun 8th Class and a certificate of appreciation to him for serving in the Russo Japanese War from his local district in which he lived. Is his name and military rank on the documents? Probably family name is Suzuki..

      The fourth document is probably more contemporary, but I don't know anything about it, can I ask for help in identifying the winner and the date of awarding the order of the Rising Sun 8th grade?

      Polonia Restituta to foreigners

      Hello, below list of foreigners decorated with the Order of Polonia Restituta between 1944 -1989, in Polish People's Republic, but I think only 1st class, this way - in total in 1944–1992 (until the end of the Act of the Polish People's Republic period) 681 949 Orders of Rebirth of Poland were awarded. Probably foreigners accounted for 1-2%...

      I purchased the Order of the Golden Kite VII class document, very cheap but also very damaged. It looks like this after a minor reconstruction. I have a question, can you get information about who was awarded this order and when? I would be extremely grateful!

      Any organic solvent like alcohol, acetone, isopropanol will cope well with adhesives and impurities of this type and certainly will not destroy the medal.

      Maybe it is order - award Order of Saint John of Jerusalem- from Australia? Colour of the ribbon (red not black) look in this link is few photos with similar crosses (one person on page no 8), but only one person wear cross without lions and unicorns ..
