Thanks Paul for the first page. Bad handwrtiting. I try it later with more time.
His last name is: Abdullajev, first name: Mysjeib Fathers name: Husein (?)
So, your recipant is most likely a muslim. Maybe from the caucasus region or central Asia like Usbekistan or Turmnenistan.

can you post the first page of the award book with the name?
You get with google translator a little virtual cyrillic keyboard... :-)

One even has a maker mark indicating "People's commissariat of local industry, plant "Molniya"
This marker mark was only seen on the suspension of the Caucasus medal.
Maybe someone changed the suspensioin.

Great find Dan,
serial numberes medals are not so commmon.
Medal is from 1954. Medals from 1955 have no serial number.
I think, there is still enough green cloth left. Put the piece of metal below the cloth.

I have added additional photos since the original did not open. Any help with translation would be greatly appreciated. If anyone knows of someone who could tell me what award this document corresponds to, please advise.
Thank you!
Here is a link to the photos:
The document belongs to a Hero Star of the SU.
No clue about the originality.

Research is very easy. Only press the second button on the left side. See arrow.
Fill in the name in the first three blanks. last name, first name and fathers name. The same sequence like in the red award book. (the fourth blank is the birthday not necessary)
Than press the button below (search) and you got a list with persons whith that name and the awards they got.
