Hello all,
I recently aquired some documents and I'm trying to determine if they correspond with an award (Order of the Red Banner, 5th award) that I got at the same time but not as a set. Here is a picture of the document. Any help would be much appreciated. (I'm not sure I have downloaded this properly in order to be able to enlarge)
Thanks in advance for your input.
A bigger picture would be helpful! Looks like a document to a hero tile.

A very rare award. This screwback Lenin type -Typ 4 variation 1- (platin head) is found in the serial number range 2573 to 9170.

It ´s a german made soviet cap. Producer is Bernhard Pleuser in Berlin /Neuköln
You can read the name in the stamp.

Alfred's post above answered a question that I had regarding a ribbon set that I have, specifically, why there appeared to be two "Victory Over Germany" ribbons in the set?
Was there actually a medal for the 25th anniversary of the victory over Germany?
I don't recall ever seeing such a medal.
Can anyone post a pic?
Thanks !
Yes Bill, there was a medal for 25 years of Victory.
best regards

Thanks Dan, I saw them made out of metal wire on black cloth and I saw one made out of one piece of metal (I am not sure that could be a fake).
Just a keeper as the set is complete (cap, jacket and trousers).

I would say that this is a soviet made uniform for an Albanian general. Maybe made direct after the war in 1945.
And later the style for albanian gerneral unofroms changed in 1952.

Are you sure that this one is soviet?
The star on the cap looks strange. Soviet general caps had a round metal cap badge.

How does the membroidery on the arm cuffs look?

I wanted to start some research about soviet parade daggers (Land-, Navy- and Air-Force dagger only)
In most cases on one side of the blade is the producer (ИМЗ, ZIK and Bulat) and the year of the production (1945 - 1991)
On the other side is a number. Is the number related to the dagger produced in this year or in total ? And is there a correlation between the numbers of the three daggers or they a seperatly counted?
Due to wearing regulations Navy daggers are most common one, than Land-Forces and AirForce daggers are the rarest ones.
best regards and thanks

The serial numbers look not so bad. Why is one of the serial number so weak, as the piece was heavily cleaned ???

If the weight is 17 gramm it is most likely a fake.
