Korean Military Merit awards to U.S. forces for Korean War

My Dad received the Distinguished Military Service Medal 4th Class from Republic of Korea in 1951 (Wharang). I am trying to find it and will pay a good price for it.It "disappeared" back in the 1970s. It's number on the back I believe is #79. Thanks.
