    1. They were all made by K?nigliches M?nzamt Orden. They used at least 3 different cores and 2 different size stamps. There's also a considerable weight difference, almost 2 grams, among the various specimens.

Yours appear to be the smaller stamp, These scans illustrate the 2 stamps I know of.

There's speculation that there was some exchange of cores among manufacturers, probably due to production deadlines.

    2. Seems to be interresting, I've also never seen a second one ...

I tell a lie  It is silver plated, but at a later date as the dings and scratches are silvered too.. The plating has deteriorated since the last time I looked closely at it and now the, what appears to be the early copper bronze is showing through. Here's a better scan next to a pure copper one. It's about 1/2 g. lighter than the copper.

    3. Well, actually it WAS Baden-Durlach until 1771, when Baden-Baden's male line died out and had no more to reign it, then tey were united to Baden ... ;)

      PS:

The ribbon for the medal on the right isn't okay, and: is the medal silvered?! :speechless1:

Check the Regnal Chronologies. They aren't infallible, but according to them Baden-Baden went to Baden -Durlach in 1771. Krause's "World Coins" also liists 19th-20th century coinage as Baden-Durlach.

Yup, wrong ribbon, but it just happened to be at hand. Not an original.

Nope, not silvered, but white bronze. Never seen another like it, but the details are excellent.
