Indeed it seems that the Collar of the Emperor's was stolen in 1994, according to my news, in the flight to Japan, and the investigations in the airline didn't give result some -officially "misplaced"-, for that that indeed the emperor doesn't possess the badges, and it will be difficult that it can return them
