    5. Does anyone know if there is any worlwide orderS or medals like the spanish Royal and Military Order San Hermenegildo that meets these conditions?
      - constancy in service
      - faultless conduct
      - have something similar to assembly with functions like
         - Appreciate faultless conduct, for the purposes of admission, promotion or permanence in the Order.
         - Propose resolutions to the files on admission, promotion and dismissal in the Order,
         - ensure compliance with these regulations.

    6. Anyone can identify or know the name of this Japanese general, perhaps one of the decorated in 1907 by King Alfonso XIII after the Russo-Japanese war of 1904-1905?

      At the proposal of the Minister of the Navy, in agreement with the Council of Ministers;

      In the name of My Augustus Son, King Alfonso XIII, and as Queen Regent of the Kingdom, I come to award the Grand Cross of the Order of Naval Merit (white badge), to Admiral Chief of the German Baltic Division, Von Ham Koester, for the services rendered to the Navy on the occasion of the visit made by the corvette Nautilus, to several Northern European ports.

    9. Decree-Law 19/2021 stipulates the creation of a new medal, named the “Prince Salman bin Hamad Medal for Medical Merit”, which will be added to the medals listed in Article (1) of Decree-Law 19/1976.

       

      The new Medal will come after the “Bahrain Medal” in the list, and the remaining items shall be re-arranged accordingly.

       

      It also stipulates the addition of a new article (4 bis) to Decree-Law 19/1976. It reads:

       

      “The Prince Salman bin Hamad Medal for Medical Merit consists of one degree and is awarded to the following categories:

      a-  Military and civilian medical teams, including doctors and nurses in the frontlines, and workers in the allied medical departments, including administrators, specialists and technicians, who provide distinguished services during the spread of epidemics or in emergency conditions or disasters. It is also be awarded to the heirs of those who lose their lives because of the performance of their work duties during them.

       

      b-  Individuals and institutions that have great contributions and services in material and moral support for medical efforts during the spread of epidemics or in emergency conditions or disasters.”

       

      The Prime Minister shall implement the provisions of this decree-law, which takes effect upon publication in the Official Gazette.
