    1. Hi,

Great photos, thanks for posting. I would love to visit myself someday. So many historical personalities in one place, what a sense of history must be there. I've always been amazed that the Soviets did not desecrate the graves/bodies after taking Berlin. It was something they often did, though not always for ideological reasons, but at times in the search for valuables that might be buried with the individuals. A few instances; Gebhard Leberecht von Blücher (ironically, he was a Russian ally), Carin Goring, even Mary Vetsera ( Crown Prince Rudolph’s mistress in suicide). The latter two were probably in a search for valuables.

      Kind regards,

      Sam K.

    2. Hi Mervyn,

I'm no expert on gun laws in the States, as each state has different laws governing the sale, ownership, etc. However, federal law prohibits a fully automatic weapon being owned by an individual not licensed to own/operate one. So I suppose she would have no problem selling to such a person, as many gun dealers have such licenses.

      Regards,

      Sam K.

    3. Hi,

I remember some time back ( Rick was still on the forum) a discussion on the Bavarian MVO lower cross arm. Some MVO's have a "thicker" metal edge around just the lower arm, while some do not. I remember something about the differences being in wether or not one type was issued verses private purchase. I tried searching, but can't locate this thread. If someone remembers, could you please refresh my memory?

      Kind regards,

      Sam K.

    4. Hi,

This bar is from the latest Zeige auction. Would it be correct to assume it is likely a court lackey bar with the two Sax Coburg awards, the Sax-Ernestine order medal, Anniversary Medal, and the odd man out Bulgarian medal?

      Regards,

      Sam

This one was nice too, but an obvious combattant bar.
