Nice uniform. Thanks, Sergey.
It is also good to see the photos, Rick. Thanks. So often, so many seem to believe that the regulations were regulation and that the uniforms were uniform and that any different from the published rules is a fake.
Hi
I think the best proof of your words the photo is earlier.

Sergei,
I simply love those M55/58 parade uniforms. They were simply class!
By the way, your cap is missing the wings on the crown.
Marc
Mark, has just now seen. It is a photo from parade in Kiev. One of officers in same as at me to a peak-cap

And a peak-cap
If to speak about a peak-cap that, it should be such. However I have bought the complete set of this uniform such.

For carrying an officer dagger such belts were used.

Sergey,
That's a GREAT looking Parade Uniform!!! I do have a question for anyone with the 58 regulations. Does that dagger hanger go with the Colonel's Parade uniform?
Doc
Hi
In this case it is half-its late belt. My bad English does not allow me correctly all to tell. In the literature on the Soviet uniform it is set an example. It tells, that the officer dagger for pilots and a land forces put on only on parade in the city of Moscow and Leningrad.I read, that the officer dagger should is dressed from above tunic. However the form tunic was another a-straight line. After one of parades of a rule of carrying have been changed.

Now I understand you. Yes with such beautiful Ukrainian girl Crimea and Sevastopol can be loved even more.Sergey!Do not concern... I myself saw and gave attention to a view of beautiful Russian girl in your postings...
However, it is not proper in most cases to comment about immediately in public access, as you know. I did not want you to sleep on a sofa for some days...
So, for the sake of a theme, I show "mine". A beautiful Ukrainian "example", Russian heritage, native from Sevastopol

Snoopy, quite a few of those badges have a Belarusian connection. I notice the Belarusian SSR flag pin and a Mogiev one too. If you ever wish to part with them, I'd be interested in a couple!
Nice set of badges though!
Regards.

You speak about subjects with the Belarus name with greater interest. Why. Your ancestors were born in Belarus. I apologize if the question is not pleasant to you.

Most likely it is the middle of the seventieth years. In Soviet Union since 1917 prior to the beginning of the seventieth years there was a uncooperative altitude to jeweller ornaments. This ring is very similar to the ring is madein in prison. Prisoners liked to do subjects with the Soviet symbolics. So they showed the loyalty to the Soviet mode

It seems odd to make a blade like that when metal was scarce. Surely some kind of simple spike would have been more logical.
I think what to make edges simple work if to compare to a needle. However I shall try to find the literature on the reason of such decision
