    1. I picked this grouping up for the pricely sum of $40 from the local flea market. I was pretty proud of it. Here are the photos...
    2. Here's a scan of 2 armbands I stumbled on in a lot of militaria I got on ebay. The bottom is a typical WW2 black and white MP armband, but the bottom is a rare WAC MP armband. These are pretty hard to find today, if you ever find one, keep hold of it!
    3. That's a great reference site... but some of the painted helmets are questionable in my opinion... Adam
    4. Great find Julian! Those are tough to find, and they're very easily researchable! Adam
    5. Julian... if you ever wanna sell that, or the dutch harbor helmet, let me know! Great helmets everyone! Keep em coming! Adam
    6. Nice helmets!!! Keep em coming people! Adam
    7. Come on!!! There's gotta be more M-1s!!! Adam
    8. And my last Lt. Helmet... this one is named to a WW2/Korea vet... Adam
    9. Here's a helmet named to a 10th Armored man, Harold Eibest... I also have his Silver star and campaign medals... Adam
    10. the liner... i like the red... dont know why it's that color though...
    11. close up of lt. bars...
    12. OK, here's some more from me... my newest helmet first... It's an unnamed captains helmet, but for some reason, it's my favorite in my collection... Adam
    13. Alright, that's it for tonight... Remember! POST YOUR M-1s!!! Any period, any color, we'd love to see them all! Adam
    14. Now, a break from the painted helmets... here's just a plain jane M-1... Front seam, swivel bale... mid-late WW2 production...
    15. The helmet is named to a Captain Dewers. Instead of Capt. bars, "aiming stakes" are on both sides, but you can see where the bars were scratched out and painted over... Adam
    16. Here's one of my officer helmets... a 2nd Lt, welded insignia... The insignia has lost its bronze/gold over the years, but it's still noticable...
    17. And the side... A nice looking helmet all around, with that "been there" look...
