      I'll get this started with some pictures from my collection, there will be more to come... I don't have photos of all of my helmets as of now. First off, This is a 5th ID helmet, unnamed, with the 5th ID diamond on the front, and remnants of an NCO stripe on the back...

      You are quite correct, the tan represents the desert, but it also represents the tan BDUs our soldiers wear into combat, and the colors flanking the tan represent the iraqi flag. Adam
