This order awarded for exceptional merits for republic of Kalmykia.

Description:

This is slightly convex gold enameled circle with platinum rays. There are diamonds on the edges of four rays. In the center of circle - blue enameled background with platinum lotus and diamond below it. In the ring around center placed eight rubies and eight diamonds.

Size of the star - 54mm.

Ribbon: silk moire with equal stripes of blue, white and yellow. Width - 30mm, height - 80cm.

Designers: artists Urgadulov and Hartzhayev.
