Yes, this is an occupation money issued by the Japanese Government for occupied Malaya.

M in serial mark means Malaya.

They also issued money for Burma (B), Oceania(O), Philippines(P) and Netherlands India (Shonan-S).

Not entirely military badge.

A badge of the Village Commissioner from 1940-s.

Village Commissioner was a local Soviet potentate (like militiaman without uniform).

Screwback, numbered. Bronze, enamels. Makermarked Metallmark, Tallinn.

One more shot of the badge.

A document to the badge ( s/n does not match).

This is a badge to the Estonian Red Riflemen 1918-20.

It has a riveted construction. Numbered no.400. Makermarked Kfk.

Medal of the Estonian Red Cross For Saving Life.

Scarce medal. This one is from Germany and it has a German-style ribbon. So I think it was awarded to the German person.

For example, only 12 medals were awarded in 1930. One of the recipients was Robert Paadam, a fireman on steamer Pakri, who saved a child`s life in Hull, GB.

Not really caring much about Nazi awards, I'll have to look. I remember an article or two in JOMSA years ago. Let me see what I can find.

The same sorts of "Cossack" awards that are emerging today, in post-Soviet times.

The officer on the photo looks like a German, not a cossack. The uniform is also a common Wehrmacht uniform.
