Hello Paul, I have done as thorough a Google search as possible on Portuguese and even Papal orders, and I came up with nothing that looks like the 'sacred heart' of this commander's cross. Am I missing something? Please help steer me in the right direction, if you can. Thanks. Linas

Greetings All. I just purchased a curios Italian (?) medal with the WWI InterAlly ribbon and "Al Merito" on the medallion, a red cross, and an Italian combat helmet - please see the photos.
